The plane needs to be gradually expanded and assembled from the core of the building to the surrounding areas, and the vertical surface should be assembled from the bottom to the top one by one.
5. The welding method shall be formulated for the installation and welding of steel structure. After the assembly, calibration, bolting and pre-embedded welding of the prefabricated members of each column layer, the electric welding shall be gradually expanded from the structure core to the surrounding symmetry in the plane, and the electric welding from the outside of the structure to the core shall not be carried out, and the electric welding on both sides of each member shall not be carried out simultaneously.
6. If there is snow, freezing and condensate on the prefabricated components, they shall be cleaned before construction, and the coating shall not be damaged.
7. The special-purpose machine used for assembling steel structures at negative temperature shall be tested according to the provisions of negative temperature.
8. When assembling columns, bearing beams, support points and other large prefabricated components under negative temperature, calibration shall be carried out first, and the parts shall be fixed after proper calibration. When prefabricated components are installed on the same day, a stable indoor space management system should be created.
9. During the installation of high-strength bolt connector, the friction surface of the component shall be clean and free from snow, freezing, sun, rain, soil, oil and other dirt.
10. During the installation of double-layer steel structure, the bearing capacity accumulated on the floor shall be limited. The quality of live load, snowfall and freezing during construction shall not exceed the bearing capacity of steel column and floor plate (profiled plate).
11. Before the shear stud is welded by electric welding, the main parameters such as welding current and welding method shall be measured according to the size of negative temperature coefficient.
12. In addition to meeting the requirements of current industrial standards, the installation quality of steel structures under negative temperature should also be accepted according to customized standards.
13. In the installation process of steel structure in low temperature environment, screw connection shall be adopted when temporary fixation or connection is required; When temporary electric welding is required on site, temporary welding shall be handled in time after installation.
