Matters needing attention in the construction process of steel structure engineering and its advantages
(1) Manufacturing:
The production and manufacturing of steel structure engineering includes many stages such as construction lofting, marking, laser cutting, calibration, etc. After the friction surface is processed by high-strength bolts, the anti-sliding coefficient should meet the design requirements. The product quality is tested to be up to standard, rust-proof treatment and scraping. Generally, 30~50mm is left at the assembly welding place, and no painting is required temporarily.
(2) Electric welding:

(3) Shipping:
During transportation of prefabricated members of steel structure engineering, vehicles shall be selected according to the size and net weight of the members. The supporting point, top extension size and binding method of iron castings in the car need to ensure that the prefabricated components are not wrinkled and damaged.

(4) Assembly:
The assembly of steel structure works shall be carried out in accordance with the construction organization plan, and the program installation shall ensure the structural stability without causing deformation. When using the column, the axis of each section of the column should be immediately pulled to the ground control center line. After the structural structures such as columns, beams and frames are assembled in place, they should be calibrated and fixed immediately. The friction surface of components shall be carried out at the construction site, and the anti-sliding index shall be rechecked before assembly.
(5) Fire safety and anti-rust treatment:
The fire protection performance of steel structure engineering is weak. When the ambient temperature reaches 550 ℃, the yield strength of steel decreases to 0.7 of the standard temperature. When the structure reaches its strength design value, the structure is likely to be damaged. During the design, the building structure shall meet the requirements of corresponding fire protection standards according to the requirements of standardization. The temperature of the steel structure shall not exceed the critical pressure within the time specified in the fire protection standard to ensure the stable bearing capacity of the structure. Exposed steel structures may be polluted by air, especially by rust. In order to ensure the normal start of the steel structure, it is necessary to solve the corrosion resistance of the parts. The corrosion resistance depends on the surface condition and service life of prefabricated components.
Advantages of steel structure engineering:
1. Poor corrosion resistance of steel structure: rust and continuous weakening of cross section damage the structure. In the environment with high air humidity and corrosive substances, the steel structure is easy to endanger its service life, so it needs maintenance.
2. Good plasticity and flexibility of steel structure: steel structure has a very good level of shape change under the bearing capacity of foundation piles.
3. Large-scale production and manufacturing of steel structures and assembly of engineering construction: small site area, short construction period, light prefabricated components, convenient engineering construction, and also conducive to demolition, structural reinforcement and expansion.
