The change of temperature will cause the deformation of the steel structure plant and the bending rigidity of the structure. When the limit of the plan of the industrial plant is large, in order to prevent the relatively large bending rigidity, it is necessary to set the environmental temperature deformation joint in the horizontal and vertical lines of the industrial plant, and the interval length can also be implemented according to the steel structure standard. The ambient temperature deformation joint is generally solved by setting two columns. For the vertical ambient temperature deformation joint, rolling bearings can be set from the steel roof truss support.
4. Antirust
Full attention should be paid to the corrosion prevention of steel industrial plant components, and corresponding preventive measures and countermeasures should be taken in the general layout, processing process layout, material type and other aspects according to the situation of corrosive substances and natural conditions of the industrial plant to ensure the safety of the plant structure.
5. Facade design
The elevation of the steel workshop building is mainly determined by the layout of the processing technology.
